Event Details
Along with everyone else, we at Concordia and CUCCIO are happy to say good-bye to 2020 and hello to 2021! And as you start to schedule meetings and events in that new calendar don’t forget to mark May 31 – June 4 as reserved for CANHEIT 2021 – the only national gathering of Canadian higher Ed IT professionals.
Although we won’t be gathering in person this year we are working hard to “artfully innovate” CANHEIT 2021 to be an engaging and fun virtual event! But one thing remains constant, as a conference “for attendees, by attendees” we will once again be calling on the Canadian higher ed IT community to “artfully innovate” the program.
2020 presented a unique transformative opportunity for institutions with both expected and unexpected results, and we want to hear about them all. Although the official call for submissions will not be for a few weeks, please take a few minutes to reflect on the year that was 2020, look to the year that will be 2021 and think about your artfully innovative submission for CANHEIT 2021. How has your institution innovated? Where has collaboration played a role? How are you dealing with the never-ending cyber security issues? What are you doing to support remote work, learning and research? What are the exciting changes that should stick post-Covid? What shouldn’t? Put your thinking caps on and be ready to respond to the call for proposals. Watch your inbox and monitor this website for this and other exciting CANHEIT announcements and news as we “Artfully Innovate” CANHEIT 2021!
