Education should be easily accessible for everyone. We are very pleased that the Department of Education has introduced rules that will make it simpler for students to get the textbooks they need. Starting on July 1, 2016, higher ed institutions will be allowed to include the cost of textbooks and supplies in students’ tuition and fees.
