Microsoft Gold Competency
Kivuto continues to exceed customer performance benchmarks
Kivuto Solutions is thrilled to be the recipient of the Gold Application Development Competency in the Microsoft Partner Network. This is the third year in a row that Kivuto has achieved Gold Partner status, receiving the Gold Independent Software Vendor Competency in 2012 and 2013. These achievements demonstrate Kivuto’s ability to meet Microsoft customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment.
With over 64,000 partners in Microsoft Corporation’s channel, only 5 percent of partners worldwide can distinguish themselves with a competency and having attained this high degree of proficiency. To earn a Microsoft Gold Competency, organizations must complete a rigorous set of tests to prove their level of technology expertise, have the right number of Microsoft Certified Professionals, submit customer references and demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction by participating in an annual survey.
The results of the most recent survey revealed that Kivuto surpassed Microsoft Key Performance Indicator (KPI) benchmarks for customer satisfaction, value, and the ability to meet customer needs in the Microsoft Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Index. The CSAT Index is a tool that helps Microsoft partners measure, monitor and manage their business by understanding customer satisfaction and perceptions of their services. The survey revealed that, based on their experience with Kivuto, 100 percent of the customers sampled would recommend Kivuto to a friend or colleague looking for technology products, services and/or support.
